• Aims & Audiences - The reasons for using social media. Identifying social media audience groups. Understanding keywords.

• Social Media Channels - You will explore a range of social media channels including blogs, newsletters, niche tools, videos, podcasts, forums, and the leading social platforms.

• Content Types & Creation - You will think about what you are going to say on social media – choosing content or relationship marketing, content ideas, content plans, and re-using content.

• Policy, Risks & Crisis Management - Let’s take a look at social media policy, the risks of social media, and crisis management.

• Measurement & Evaluation - Ensuring a return on investment.

• Creating a Strategy - Creating a social media strategy and best practices for social media.

Aims & Objective

The main aim of the course –– to learn how social media can be used in business for marketing purposes and engaging with your followers.

Prerequisites

None. But some knowledge of social media and basic internet and computer skills would really help you.
